Mason has been a successful Realtor/broker for NY and Ca since 1997. He is a Master Chef, a successful restaurant owner of Open Flame ( fusion foods) . Father of 4 kids , all attending Pleasanton Unified school district. All Mason's kids were born in Valley Care Hospital in Pleasanton. Mason was a loan agent for many years. Prior to that he was an interior designer and owned a kitchen and bath remodeling business in San francisco.

Loan Industry

Worked in the Real Estate loan industry for a short period of time. Have in-depth understanding as to how the loan works from Fico to DTI to Front End and Back End Ratio to Underwriting.
Investment: Throughout my Real Estate Career I personally owned rental property as well as investment property for fixing and flipping. At times owned up to 8 properties scattered throughout Bay Area. Successfully bought, renovated and sold Investment properties for over 10 years.

Spent great deal of my Salesperson Realtor life with Coldwell Banker in Pleasanton, California where I became one of the “Top Producer Nationwide” in short few years.

Throughout my real estate career I personally listed and sold residential properties ranging from Highrise Condo in San Francisco to beautiful Wine country Villa in Napa, California to High-end Silicon Valley and beyond. Sold home prices ranging from low-end to $1.9 Million in Pleasanton, California.
